If you have given us your email address, you should receive a response within a 24-hour deadline (workdays). In the event that your request is accepted, you must sign the attached document and return it either by fax or by mail. The Desjardins Card Services will issue your card after we received your document.

Sign up for a RONA card2 at a store and start shopping the same day.

Complete the RONA card application form

You’ll know whether you’ve been approved within
20 minutes or so -
4.
You can start shopping that very same day; you’ll receive your RONA card2 in the mail within seven (7) or eight (8) business days
